Introductions

After a couple days of trying to work out how on earth to change my background, I finally did it! Starting a blog is not easy I tell you! :)

Well I guess I should start by introducing who I am?

I'm Carla, 24 years old, soon to be 25 in two weeks and I live in Adelaide, Australia. I live with my boyfriend, Marc and we have a 8 month Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Lucy.

In 2008 I finished my three year degree in Nursing and am now Registered. I started Uni a bit later than others but I don't regret that because I had time to work out what kind of field I wanted to get into. I will be going back to uni this year though, for another 12 months as I recently found out I got accepted to study Paramedics. I am really excited. I have wanted to get into this course since 2007 and so I applied in my final year of nursing and I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to be a part of this course. I start officially on the 2nd of March.

I enjoy all sorts of things, such as dogs, the beach, movies, music, laughing, being around friends and real life medical shows :P

This blog is intended for those who want to be involved in the events in my life, and also for my own intentions to reflect on events and experiences that happen. I know the year ahead is going to be hard. I have 12 months of uni which is going to challenge me, and also a new house which we move into in early March.

2009 has started of with a BOOM! I just hope that the rest of year will follow suit.

I will endeavor to add some photos to jazz up this blog a little more.
